Please note lighting these wooden wicks are different from our other wicks. The best technique is to tilt at an angle to let the flame draw across the length.
It also may take several tries to get it lit/relit! It does not mean your wick is defective by any means. After it has been lit once it is a lot easier to relight.

We are not able to manage the stock in our factory and warehouse. Stocks can be changed at any moment. It's possible that your order will be unable to fill when you have placed the order.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed from the date you purchased the item, we will not be able to give you a refund or exchange.
